How fast will my baby’s new outfits arrive? We offer three shipping tiers across the USA to ensure your nursery is ready for the new arrival:

  • Express Shipping: $20 (3-6 business days) – For those last-minute baby shower gifts!

  • Standard Shipping: $10 (7-14 business days)

  • Free Standard Shipping: $0 (7-14 business days) – Available on qualifying orders.

When will my order ship? Most orders are processed and ready for transit within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package starts its journey.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes? Yes! We ship to all valid residential and business addresses within the United States, including P.O. Boxes and military (APO/FPO) addresses.

SIZING & SAFETY

How do I choose the right size? Newborns grow fast! We recommend checking our Comprehensive Size Guide [Link] which uses weight and length for a more accurate fit. When in doubt, we suggest "sizing up" to allow your little one room to wiggle and grow.

Are your fabrics safe for newborns? Absolutely. All Chic Cradle garments use non-toxic dyes and are lead/nickel-free. We focus on natural fibers to prevent irritation on delicate, sensitive skin.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy? We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags and packaging within 30 days of delivery.

What if I receive a damaged item? We take quality very seriously. If an item arrives with a defect, please email us at info@chiccradle.myshopify.com
 with a photo within 48 hours, and we will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
